The Super Sticks are a team of heroic stick figures, each with unique powers and unwavering dedication to protecting their world. Led by White, a wise and powerful figure with the ability to manipulate time and space, the team is composed of Red, a fiery speedster; Blue, a strategic thinker who can fire energy beams; Orange, a teleportation expert; Green, a strong and dependable warrior; Purple, a master archer; and Pink, a compassionate healer who is also Red's girlfriend. Together, they have defended their world from numerous threats, their unity and diverse abilities making them an unstoppable force.

One day, the Super Sticks face their greatest challenge yet—a massive invasion by a shadowy army led by a hooded figure. Despite their best efforts, the Super Sticks struggle to fend off the attackers. Orange manages to teleport Red, Blue, and Purple to safety, but Pink tragically loses her life. As Green is on the verge of defeat, the hooded leader approaches him with an offer to join forces against the Super Sticks. Desperate and conflicted, Green agrees and is transformed into Dark Green by the hooded figure’s dark powers. Suddenly, time freezes, and White appears, sighing before saying, "Here we go again," and disappearing. Dark Green, now corrupted, vows to hunt down his former friends.

After the battle, Red, Blue, Orange, and Purple regroup, devastated by Pink's death and Green's betrayal. As they plan their next move, Dark Green suddenly appears and mortally wounds Purple with a hidden crossbow. Orange attempts to teleport them to safety, but Dark Green drains his energy, leaving them vulnerable. Red tries to fight back, but Dark Green overpowers him, sending him into an endless void. Blue retaliates with powerful energy beams, knocking Dark Green out of the sky. Just as Dark Green recovers, White appears, grabs him, and hurls him through a portal, saving Blue. White instructs Blue to find new allies—Brown, Yellow, Cyan, and the Light-Colored Twins—before vanishing. Meanwhile, Red finds himself in the void, where he is unexpectedly reunited with Pink.

White teleports into a secret chamber where a grey figure wearing an oxygen mask is waiting. This figure is revealed to be White’s father, who reassures him that he is not to blame for his twin brother Black's descent into evil. White’s wife, Scarlet, appears, comforting him as he expresses regret for his inability to save everyone. Meanwhile, Red and Pink fend off a mutant soldier in the void and decide to find a way back to their friends. Back on Earth, Dark Green returns to Black’s lab, where he faces Black’s wrath for failing to defeat the Super Sticks. Dark Green explains how White intervened before he could finish the job. Elsewhere, Blue, now alone, finds a photograph of the Super Sticks, reminding him of their unity and resolve. Unaware that Red and Pink have escaped the void, he sets off to find the new allies White mentioned.

Blue tracks down Brown, Yellow, and Cyan, who are locked in a fierce battle with a dark soldier. The soldier hurls a fireball at them, but Cyan uses ice powers to neutralize the flames while Yellow diverts the attack. Brown, a giant among them, delivers a crushing blow, sending the dark soldier flying. As the battle ends, Blue arrives and introduces himself, explaining the threat of Black and his army. Brown and Cyan agree to join the fight, but Yellow hesitates, reluctant to get involved. As tensions rise, Red and Pink suddenly appear, shocking everyone. The reunion is bittersweet, but with the team now complete, they form the New League of Super Sticks, vowing to defeat Black once and for all.

At Black’s lab, Black insists that Dark Green undergo an upgrade to become a mutant, enhancing his powers for the final battle. Dark Green agrees and enters a transformation chamber. Meanwhile, the New League of Super Sticks battles through Black’s army, facing wave after wave of dark soldiers as they approach Black’s stronghold. Just as they begin to falter, White and Scarlet arrive, using their powers to decimate the enemy forces. White warns the group that they must stop Black before he seizes control of the world. Suddenly, White is ensnared by a chain, and Black, wielding a mechanical hand, drags him into a pit, calling him a traitor. With White captured, the Super Sticks are left to fend for themselves against Black, who decides to confront them directly.

A colossal battle unfolds as Black and the newly transformed Dark Green face off against the Super Sticks. Dark Green, now sporting multiple limbs, wings, and tentacles, engages in a fierce duel with Brown, nearly overpowering him. Elsewhere, the Super Sticks attack Black, but their efforts seem futile as Black’s power overwhelms them. In a desperate move, Cyan and Yellow fuse into a powerful Green stick, using their combined abilities to freeze Black in place. Seizing the opportunity, Red, Pink, and Blue fuse into a Super Rainbow Stick, unleashing a magical beam that sends Black crashing through the lab wall and off a cliff.

As the Super Sticks return to their normal forms, they cheer in victory. However, Dark Green, still seething with rage, charges at the unconscious Brown. Red rushes to intercept, using his powers to create an explosion that halts Dark Green’s attack, causing the lab to collapse around them.
